The Zortström MH800 and MH1000 energy centres are compact heating centres and offer the option of hydraulically decoupling each heat generator and consumer and connecting them separately according to temperature.

The MH800 and MH1000 energy centres are specially designed for buildings with heating loads of up to approx. 16 kW and 20 kW respectively. They enable heat from various sources to be collected and distributed simply, stably and efficiently in combination with heat pump technology. The precise temperature separation provided by the Zortström technology leads to significantly improved system efficiency of systems with heat pumps. According to studies by the Institute for Solar Technology SPF Rapperswill in Switzerland, Zortström technology achieves a stratification efficiency of 83.5 %. A 10 % higher stratification efficiency already reduces the electricity consumption of heat pump systems by 16 % and of gas heating centres by 4 %. Furthermore, studies by the Fraunhofer Institute show that pump power savings of up to 90 % can be achieved with high-efficiency pumps.

With the Zortström MH800 and MH1000, Zortea bundles hydraulic intelligence into a compact design: modularly planned, manufactured precisely according to customer requirements. Fresh water and heating circuit modules can be flexibly installed in the assigned stages. The precision-optimised Zortström core technology is formed into a holistic energy supply system with maximum comfort and high consumption efficiency.
